### **Can I get a personalised gift delivered within a week?**

-   Yes! Our personalised products are made to order and take 2-3 days to personalise depending on the method of production. 
-   Once despatched, standard delivery is 2-3 days, but an express next day delivery service is also available.
-   If you need your item by a specific date, add details in the special instructions at the checkout. If there are any problems in meeting your deadline, we will contact you to discuss the options available.

### **What is express delivery?**

-   Express delivery is usually next day delivery service via Royal Mail or courier.
-   Note: This does not include the production time required.
-   Next day delivery is only available for mainland UK addresses. 
-   For Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland express delivery will be 2-3 days
-   Express delivery is not available for international orders  
    

### **Do I need to be at home for delivery?**

-   If you live in a property with coded or restricted access like a gated community or apartment block, there must be someone available to allow access and then accept & sign for the delivery.
-   If this is not possible, when ordering consider having your order delivered to your place of work or other address where you know there will be someone to take delivery for you.
-   This is particularly important if you have a delivery deadline, as it may be a few days before delivery is attempted again.
-   Details of how to rearrange delivery or collection will be on a card left when an attempted delivery fails.
-   After two failed delivery attempts Royal Mail & courier companies will expect you to arrange collection within 10 days otherwise the package will be returned to sender.   
    

### **Is there special or extra information you need?**

-   If you have a delivery deadline for a special occasion, ensure you have provided details in special instructions on your order.
-   Make sure your contact details are complete and correct, including contact numbers, full postal address, and email. 
-   If you have nominated a safe place for deliveries, eg: porch, garage or a neighbour, include it in order notes.
