Collection: Personalised Items

Personalisation availability, the information required and any character limits are shown on each product page. Please double check your personalisation - how you type it will be how it appears on the product, including spacing & punctuation. Please do not include accents, special symbols or emojis as some of our processes will not allow this. If you did not add the personalisation or upload a photo for the item on your order, please email us with the relevant information.

Personalised products are made to order. For these items please allow 2-3 working days for production depending on the method of production. If you need your item by a specific date, please let us know when you order.

Subject to availability, orders received with a cleared payment in full before 2pm will usually be despatched the same day (Monday - Friday); orders received after 2pm will be despatched the next working day. Orders over the quantity held in stock will usually be despatched in 7-10 days.

For Royal Mail UK deliveries, expected delivery for 1st class post is 1-2 days after collection and for 2nd class post is 3-5 days after collection. You can track your delivery on the Royal Mail website using the tracking reference from your despatch confirmation. Delivery cost is calculated on the total weight and destination of your order and is shown in your shopping basket.

Personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. For unwanted non-personalised items, you must notify us within 7 working days with your name, address and order number; once we issue a returns number the goods must be returned within 7 days at your own expense.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and in any event within 3 days from the date of delivery. Depending on the nature of the fault or damage we may ask for photos of the damaged item and/or packaging, and we may ask you to return the item.
