Help Me Through - Healing Crystal Pack

One of the most difficult times in our lives is when we are struggling with grief, be it through the loss of a loved one or pet, or the feelings that come from bad news, or even just being away from loved ones and not able to have day to day contact.

And finally Lepidolite is included, as it is a stone of transition, helping you go through the period of change and helps you reduce the feelings of anger, sadness and anxiety that you may be feeling
